Importing fresh produce from Egypt

When is the Egyptian fresh citrus season?
Citrus runs roughly November to July: Navel oranges Dec–Feb, Baladi Dec–Feb, Valencia Jan–May, and mandarins & lemon Nov–Apr. Summer fruit — grapes (May–Oct), mango (Jul–Dec) and pomegranate (Sep–Dec) — extends supply across the year.
Can I buy Egyptian Navel or Valencia oranges CIF?
Yes — we ship fresh citrus both FOB and CIF at competitive pricing. Europe is our lead market; we also serve the Gulf, Africa, Asia and the Americas, with phytosanitary, health and origin papers issued fast.
What packing and carton sizes are available?
Oranges and lemon in 15 kg & 8 kg cartons (and 600 kg bins for juice oranges), mandarins in 6 kg boxes, pomegranate in 5 kg cartons, grapes & strawberries in 500 g punnets (10/carton), mango in 5 kg cartons and red onions in 10/25/50 kg bags — calibre and count to your spec.
Is Good Seed's fresh produce GlobalGAP certified?
Yes — our farms are qualified to GlobalGAP, and Good Seed is also BRC and ISO certified with full lot-level traceability. Certificate copies are provided with every shipment and on request.
What is the minimum order for fresh produce?
Typically by full 40ft container, with flexible MOQs so you can start small and scale. Send your product, volume, destination port and Incoterm and we'll confirm the MOQ and a quote within 24–48 hours.
